The Wanda Jett Memorial Scholarship honors the life and legacy of Wanda Jett by recognizing graduating high school seniors who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, community involvement, and strong character.
The scholarship is awarded annually to students who exemplify the values that Wanda lived throughout her life: dedication, service, perseverance, and a commitment to helping others.
Applicants must:
Be a graduating high school senior.
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Plan to enroll in an accredited trade school, technical school, community college, college, or university.
Demonstrate responsible citizenship through meaningful involvement in school, community, volunteer, civic, or extracurricular activities.
Complete all required application materials, including supporting documents and video submission.
When the application period opens, a link to the scholarship application will be available on this page.
The scholarship application is administered through Google Forms. When you click the application link, you may see a message requesting access to the form.
This is normal.
Simply click "Request Access." The form administrator will review your request and grant access as quickly as possible. Once access is granted, you will receive an email notification from Google allowing you to complete and submit your application.
Requesting access does not submit an application. You must return to the form and complete all required sections before the application deadline.
To help complete your application smoothly, we recommend having the following items available:
High school transcript
ACT and/or SAT scores
Reference form
Information regarding extracurricular activities, community service, awards, and employment
A video response (1–3 minutes) addressing the scholarship prompt
Application Opens: Spring 2027
